Check out all our expert NRL tips for Round 4 below:

Game 1 – Parramatta Eels vs Penrith Panthers, Thursday 23rd March, 8pm

Make no mistake these two clubs don’t like each other. It will be a fiery contest and I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few sin bins as well. Ryan Matterson plays his first game this year and he owes his teammates big time after taking a suspension rather than a fine. Regardless of where Parramatta sits on the table this will be a fairly close game. But the Panthers had the bye last week and I think coming up against their bitter rivals they will come out firing.

Expert NRL Tip: Handicap – Panthers

Game 2 – Melbourne Storm vs Wests Tigers, Friday 24th March, 6pm

It looks Cameron Munster will be back this week. That’s a big plus for the Storm and the Tigers need to do some tackling practice. The Tigers are at the bottom of the ladder and look like a dumpster fire against teams that were also in the bottom half last season. Although this is not a Storm team at the moment that we have come to expect, they’ve lost to the Titans and Bulldogs (two teams that the Tigers have also lost to).

Expert NRL Tip: To Score 2+ Tries – Xavier Coates

Game 3 – Dolphins vs Brisbane Broncos, Friday 24th March, 8pm

It will be a full house at Suncorp. Felise Kaufusi is a massive loss for the Dolphins along with Jeremy Marshall King, but Wayne will have the Dolphins up and ready. The Dolphins continue to surprise everyone, and they are sitting in second place on the ladder. The team in front of them? The Broncos. The Broncos have won all three of their games so far, against the Panthers, Cowboys and Dragons.

Expert NRL Tip: Handicap – Broncos

Game 4 – North Queensland Cowboys vs Gold Cost Titans, Saturday 25th March, 5.30pm

This will be close. No Ruben Cotter for the Cowboys; and Drinkwater and Hikau are still out. It’s the same side that beat the Storm for the Titans, so that will help. The Cowboys have lost two games in a row, to the Broncos and last week to the Warriors. The Titans are flying high after narrow defeating the Storm last time out.

Expert NRL Tip: Match Winner – Titans

Game 5 – South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Manly Sea Eagles, Saturday 25th March, 7.35pm

One from three Souths, but they are playing okay. Hopefully last week’s game against the Roosters hasn’t taken too much out of them. The Rabbitohs have had a fairly rough draw so far, playing the Sharks, Panthers and Roosters. Looks like everything has finally clicked for the Sea Eagles, they have won their opening two games, and have already scored 65 points.

Expert NRL Tip: Anytime Try Scorer – Tom Trbojevic

Game 6 – New Zealand Warriors vs Canterbury Bulldogs, Sunday 26th March, 2pm

This is a tossup. Can the Bulldogs winning streak continue? The Bulldogs caused the shock of Round 2 when defeating the Storm, and last week they held on to beat the Tigers. The Warriors are off to a fairly good start as well, and last time out they were too good for the Cowboys.

Expert NRL Tip: Total Points – Under

Game 7 – Newcastle Knights vs Canberra Raiders, Sunday 26th March, 4.05pm

Loved the way the Raiders stuck at it against the Sharks in the previous round. It was a topsy-turvy match against the Sharks, but the Raiders were able to get it done and finally get a win on the board. The Knights have only won one game so far this season, which was against the Tigers, and we all know they're not a worthy opponent.

Expert NRL Tip: Handicap – Raiders

Game 8 – St George Illawarra Dragons vs Cronulla Sharks, Sunday 26th March, 6.15pm

A local derby this one. Been disappointing the Sharks so far, but Hynes looks like he’s back so they should fire. The Sharks have beaten the Eels, but that’s the only game they have in the win column so far. The Dragons got off to a good start, beating the Titans, but then were handed a piece of humble pie when they were thrashed by the Broncos, 40-18.
