Horse racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own The Mock Sports has broken down the racing for this Saturday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three horse racing bets of the day. Best Bet - 3. Ospienko ($3.30) - Kembla Grange, Race 7
The Gong returns for another year, and I would have to say this is one of the stronger editions to date in my opinion. The favourite is a clear standout in Osipenko. He has form around the best milers in the country – Mr Brightside, Fangirl, Alligator Blood and more. If that doesn’t set him up well for a crack at The Gong I don’t know if anything will. He should win and comfortably at that.
Next Best - 4. Kazou ($1.90) - Cranbourne, Race 3
She could be anything this horse. Waller trained and lightly raced for a 4YO mare; she has done little to no wrong in her career thus far. In 7 starts she has only missed the placings once and even then; she wasn’t far off. She has had some impressive wins in the past, the latest coming over Commemorative, who is a horse I respect quite highly. Damien lane on board and he is one of the country’s top jockeys right now so he will give her every chance. Definitely one of the better bets on the Cranbourne card.
Value Bet - 2. Cheerful Legend ($19 / $5.00) - Kembla Grange, Race 3
How could we not back this horse, after all, we own him! It is a small stake, but a stake nonetheless and he has done us well thus far. He has won a couple of midways and a midweek benchmark contest. He finds himself back at Saturday grade after a fair run last start, finishing 4th behind some solid horses on the Kenso track during the midweek meeting. He has won a trial since which gives us confidence he can bounce back and win at big odds here. Good Luck!
