2023 All Aged Stakes Day Preview

Horse racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own Jacob Bevis has broken down the card at Randwick this Saturday, which includes two Group 1s, the $1.5M All Aged Stakes, along with the $600K Champagne Stakes. They’ve done all the hard work for you finding the best horse racing tips, so you don’t even have to lift a finger – how nice is that?!

Without further ado, see Jacob Bevis’ best bet, next best and value bet for four races on the card at Randwick:

Race 2, Class 3 Highway Handicap

Tough race! SUPER EXTREME won over this track / distance two starts back and has been racing well in this grade as of late. Drawn wide, but James McDonald jumps back in the saddle. BARRADAS is second-up / fitter for his second placing at Scone and maps to get a good run with Tom Marquand aboard.

Best Bet / Value Bet - 2. Super Extreme Next Best - 4. Barradas

Race 5, Group 3 Hall Mark Stakes

VILANA is first-up from a spell after two dominant wins last preparation in the Silver Eagle and The Hunter. He has won two out of three fresh and has trialled super leading into this. GRAVINA has a track / distance record of six starts for three wins and three placings. Finished second last outing in the Liverpool City Cup behind the promising Think About It. BACCHANALIA is two from two this preparation and beat home Coal Crusher and Waihana Falls last start. KEY LARGO ran home well in Group 1 company without luck.

Best Bet - 1. Vilana Next Best - 5. Gravina Value Bet - 10. Key Largo

Race 7, Group 1 Champagne Stakes

The winner of this race usually comes through the Sires Produce. MILITARIZE saved ground along the rail, relishing the Heavy 9 to defeat his rivals by a large margin at $26 odds. DON CORLEONE worked to the line nicely to finish runner-up. He can turn the tables on a drier track. TOM KITTEN is the only proven 1600m horse in the race, after impressively winning the Fernhill last Saturday, beating a few of these.

Best Bet - 1. Don Corleone Next Best - 2. Militarize Value Bet - 4 Tom Kitten

Race 8, Group 1 All Aged Stakes

GIGA KICK ran a good race in the TJ Smith Stakes, beating all but I Wish I Win. He steps up to the 1400m for the first time in his career but has given every indication that the distance will suit. JACQUINOT was a beaten favourite in the Australian Guineas but had an internal bleed. He has since been freshened and is two from two over the distance. CASCADIAN won this race last year and cannot be underestimated, despite dropping back from the 200m.

Best Bet - 12. Giga Kick Next Best - 11. Jacquinot Value Bet - 4. Cascadian
