Next Best - 2. Lottie Intention ($2.65) - Sandown, Race 5
She has finished runner up her past three. Two have them have been over this trip at Sandown. Drawn to lead here. Previous winner at Sandown and good overall record at the track. She looks ready for a return to the winner’s circle.
Value Bet - 4. Jen's Joy ($2.80) - Albion Park, Race 8
Jamie Hosking trained daughter of Aussie Infrared who is starting to build a handy record. Had no business winning her heat for this race after bombing the start and finding trouble on the first corner but still managed to get up. Looks like a dog on the way up. Can play a big part here in the Rising Star Final at nice odds.
