Horse racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own Dean Watling has broken down the racing for this Wednesday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three horse racing bets of the day. They’ve done all the hard work for you finding the best horse racing tips, so you don’t even have to lift a finger – how nice is that?!
Without further ado, see Dean Watling's best bet, next best and value bet from around the grounds this Wednesday:
Best Bet - 10. Shadows Of Love ($2.00) - Kensington, Race 7
The best bet of the day comes up in the last race of the day, the Kim Waugh trained Shadows Of Love was a savage drifter first up at Warwick Farm but overall should have won the race. Just as she was about to explode at the 200m mark the gap shut and she had to put the abs brakes on, she went to the line untested.
She has a smart second up record as does the Waugh stable. She has found a very nice race which lacks speed, from the barrier she should land up on speed and prove hard to run down. This is even more crucial in regards to the way the Kensington track has been playing, really favouring those horses up on speed.
Next Best - 6. Vanquished ($1.50) - Kensington, Race 2
I am very keen to see the in-form Waterhouse and Bott camp step out there progressive now gelded son of Vancouver. He brings smart form-lines around Celestial Legend and General Salute form his first prep. He has a strange action but has speed and that’s all that matters.
His two trials have been outstanding and again he looks to be the sole leader in a race that lacks tempo. He should take up the running and prove incredibly hard to get past. No spoils on the price but he looks a lock.
Value Bet - 6. Hide Your Heart ($31 / $5.50) - Kensington, Race 4
The best value of the meeting comes up in Race 4, Nathan Doyen has Hide Your Heart in career best form with two dominant wins on the board this prep. She does rise in class here but again we are getting big odds about her.
She gets in light with the 3kg claim and does map well, she has a powerful finish on her and is now suited rising to the 1400m. If she gets the breaks at the right time, I have no doubt she is capable of being in the finish. Big odds and worth a dabble.
And just like that – you've got three awesome tips. Isn’t that awesomely awesome? Yeah, we think so!
