Horse racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own The Mock Sports has broken down the racing for this Saturday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three horse racing bets of the day. Best Bet - 5. Garza Blanca ($3.10) - Randwick, Race 2
Big fan of the way this horse goes about his business. His formlines are strong around Kibou and Smashing Eagle, two horses that would be very strong chances in this field. They seem to think he can progress on to a Golden Eagle later this prep, which I could honestly believe, would he be competitive in that race? Unsure, but he needs to be winning this and strongly for him to be any chance in the big one later in the prep you would feel. He should run past them all in the straight.
Next Best - 6. Arnaqueur ($2.30) - Eagle Farm, Race 10
This horse seems to have had a complete 180 since making the full time move to the Queensland scene. A dominant win first up, before a very narrow loss at Toowoomba to a smart type in its own right. He has been strong through the line both times this prep which makes me think he will be prime to get back to a distance he has had success at before. All signs point to a strong run, he just needs to put it all together.
Value Bet - 2. Ocean Reward ($9.00 / $3.70) - Morphettville, Race 3
We rarely go to Adelaide to have a bet, but last time we did we managed to smash a winner, so let’s see if we can snag another South Aussie winner. We fail to see why he would be at such a price looking at his record. Soft tracks – 8/9 finishes in the trifecta, runs at Morphettville – 5/7 finishes in the trifecta. The only thing against him potentially is the distance as this is his first attempt at it. If he is sharp enough and sits close enough to them, he can run over the top!
