Horse racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own The Mock Sports has broken down the racing for this Saturday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three horse racing bets of the day. Best Bet - 1. Gringotts ($2.60) - Rosehill, Race 9
Gringotts has to carry a lot of weight but to be honest he is just better than this crew and he is one of our more confident bets at Rosehill on the weekend. He put away his competition with a gutsy effort on Spring Champion Stakes day and I feel like his run will be a copy and paste job. Jump, settle midfield, get going late and get over the top of them. Clipperton is flying right now as a jockey and will give him every chance.
Next Best - 1. Caboche ($3.80) - Rosehill Race 2
Caboche for me in this one. He continues to drop through the grades looking for a win and we feel like he can finally find one here. Has to carry quite a bit of weight, but his form is much better than the rest of the field. He comes here from a quick back up after a solid 2nd behind Peshmerga last weekend, so he’ll be ready to go fitness wise. He is also a horse who once upon a time placed in a QLD Derby which is good form for this, happy to take him as our next best bet.
Value Bet - 12. Unspoken ($10 / $3.30) - Rosehill, Race 8
This race is absolutely stacked. Antino deserved favourite considering his form lines in a Toorak and Crystal Mile with both of them finishing to the tune of a narrow runner up placing for him. Unspoken is flying as is Democracy Manifest, Zoumon a chance to break their hearts as the only natural leader in the race, Hoo Ya Mal brings some A-grade form into this as well.
Jimmi Hendrix is a really interesting UK prospect who won at Royal Ascot earlier in the year, so we are keen to see how he goes. We are taking Unspoken at the price though. This is a whole new level for him. But he is racing well enough to have me think he can feature, and Tom Sherry is red hot for his standards this Spring, so I trust him to give him every chance.
