Horse racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own Dean Watling has broken down the racing for this Wednesday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three horse racing bets of the day. Best Bet - 6. Stromboli ($2.05) - Kensington, Race 6
The Hawkes team have Stromboli in career-best form. The 5YO gelding was impressive two starts back when winning at this track over the 1100m, last start he was superb in a much harder grade running 3rd at Rosehill behind Garza Blanca and Pereille.
He now drops back in grade to his preferred track where he is 2/2. He maps perfectly from the inside gate to find the leaders back in transit, with the rail out on a firm deck I suggest that is the spot to be. He gets in light with the claim and looks incredibly hard to beat.
Next Best - 10. Rhythm Of Love ($1.95) - Kensington, Race 6
The gelding operation has done the trick with Rhythm Of Love this preparation. He has turned into a very consistent horse and still has gears to find. He is coming out of very strong last start race event behind the progressive Balkans.
The rise now to 1300m is perfect for him peeking fourth up. The cherry on top is the booking of the classy Mcdonald at 55.5kg. The main danger looks to be the speedy leader Body Bob, Rhythm Of Love should stalk him the entire race and get the last crack.
Value Bet - 6. Princess Mary ($7.50 / $2.25) - Kensington, Race 1
Princess Mary looks over the odds in the first race. She is a work in progress but has taken positive steps in every preparation. She has lovely tactical speed and can use that to her advantage here first up in a race that lacks tempo.
She looks to find the leaders back in the run and should be 2-3L in front of the current favourite Queen Of Dragons. This suits the track pattern and plays into her hands. She has a great fresh record and going off her trials she again looks to have improved into this prep. She is great each-way odds and can feature in the finish.
