Free Harness Racing Tips Today For 28/10/2023

Harness racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own Tim O'Connor has broken down the racing for this Saturday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three harness racing bets of the day. They’ve done all the hard work for you finding the best harness racing tips, so you don’t even have to lift a finger – how nice is that?!

Without further ado, see Tim O'Connor's best bet, next best and value bet from around the grounds this Saturday:

Best Bet - 5. Blood Moon - Melton, Race 1

Very confident this girl will be winning the opening event of the night at Melton, with her brilliant early gate speed such an important asset.

Blood Moon has led and won three-straight 1200m sprints in recent weeks and looks very well graded here in a race where she is 24 rating points ahead of her nearest rival Night School.

Darby McGuigan should have little trouble rolling to the front, and from there I think she'll be too speedy for her rivals over the 1720m dash.

Next Best - 1. Ooh Ah Listah - Melton, Race 7

Ooh Ah Listah has come up a very backable price here for a horse going really well and drawn for a good trip on the pegs.

The four-year-old gelding came from last to grab third in a fast race at Melton just over a week ago and all his recent efforts – including when he made a mistake at the start before finishing second last on October 11 – have been very good.

I don't think he'll end up any worse than leader's back in the run and from there he can sprint too quickly for his rivals in the home straight.

Value Bet - 2. La Captain - Melton, Race 2

Little bit of a Hail Mary here against the superstar Catch A Wave, but La Captain is going better than the figure form of his last two starts suggests and he can run a cheeky race from the draw.

He's likely to be first to the pegs here, and if he can produce the kind of performance that saw him victorious at Melton on September 23 or finish second at Kilmore subsequent to that, then he might give us a great sight at juicy odds.

Can he win? Maybe, but I'll be playing much heavier the place with confidence he will be able to fill one of the podium spots.
