Harness racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own Tim O'Connor has broken down the racing for this Saturday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three harness racing bets of the day. They’ve done all the hard work for you finding the best harness racing tips, so you don’t even have to lift a finger – how nice is that?!
Without further ado, see Tim O'Connor's best bet, next best and value bet from around the grounds this Saturday:
Best Bet - 3. Our Vincent Can Gogh ($1.55) - Melton, Race 1
This is a final of two heats which were conducted last weekend and the most impressive winner of those, in my mind, was Our Vincent Can Gogh.
He sat in the breeze before powering clear of his rivals in the concluding stages to win well and gets the barrier draw advantage over the other heat winner Blood Moon this evening.
While he's no spoil at the price, I think Our Vincent Can Gogh can either lead or death seat his way to victory in the opening event of the night.
Next Best - 4. La Captain ($2.15) - Melton, Race 8
Love the way this horse is performing of late, and he gets a good chance down in grade from last weekend's runner-up effort in the Gammalite Free For All, where he beat home superstar Catch A Wave for second behind Curly James.
While Ozzie Battler has an abundance of early speed, so does La Captain and I'm tipping Greg Sugars will quickly work to the front and prove very hard to run down over the 1720m sprint.
Value Bet - 9. Treachery ($16 / $3.60) - Melton, Race 5
This is a sensational Group 1 Queen of the Pacific and I'm chasing some value here with the very talented Treachery.
She is one of seven Emma Stewart-trained runners in the race, and while stablemates Ladies In Red, Amore Vita and Encipher are much shorter in the market, I'm happy to have something on her at the each-way.
Treachery is going great guns this preparation and, from gate nine, might just get the right trip to be steaming home at the end of 2760m tonight.
Some the win, but heavier the place.
And just like that – you've got three awesome harness racing tips. Isn’t that awesomely awesome? Yeah, we think so!
