It's State of Origin time, baby! It's the most exciting time of the year, when the best of the best clash, fighting for glory and bragging rights. The NSW Blues will be looking to show some sort of gumption in Game 3 in front of their home crowd, as they have already lost the series. Match Winner
The Blues have so much more to play for – a clean sweep would be a complete embarrassment after they promised so much at the start of the series. Add this to the fact they have the home ground advantage and Freddy coaching for his career, and I think it’s NSW to win.
Handicap
The Blues have a generous 5.5 point start on with Dabble and with the changes they have made, I reckon they are a stronger side this time than Game 2 – they should be able to win with that start. The home ground advantage is massive – even though I don’t think the ground will be full, the crowd will spur on the Blues players and influence the ref to give NSW the 50/50 calls.

I thought the first two games – with so much on the line – would be close tight affairs – I sure got Game 2 wrong! But with the series decided, I reckon both teams will throw the ball around more than normal and I think we will see the score tick over the 40.5 points listed on Dabble.

One inclusion I really like is Bradman Best from Newcastle in the NSW side. He is big, fast and strong and is fresh from a three-try showing against the Bulldogs. He is one guy who will be playing like his life depends on it – plus he doesn’t pass the ball much – from 10 metres out he can be deadly!
Anytime Tryscorer
Mitchell Moses didn’t do a lot in Game 2 when called in to replace the injured Nathan Cleary, so he will be desperate to step up and make a difference in front of his home crowd. He can score tries himself or back up a break – I like him to get over the stripe at some stage.
