Horse racing tips incoming! Dabble’s very own The Mock Sports has broken down the racing for this Saturday. Searching high and low, they’ve found our loyal Dabblers the top three horse racing bets of the day. They’ve done all the hard work for you finding the best horse racing tips, so you don’t even have to lift a finger – how nice is that?!
Without further ado, see The Mock Sports’ best bet, next best and value bet from around the grounds this Saturday:
Best Bet - 4. Zarastro ($1.95) - Eagle Farm, Race 9
Chris Waller throwing this boy out of his stable and his subsequent move to Tony Gollan has been the making of this horse. He was always just an average C+ player in the Sydney horse ranks but he has the chops to be winning some decent races up in QLD. He has already won 2/3 up there and that loss was a narrow one. Gollan has completely turned him around and I expect another strong win for the boy in yellow and black.
Next Best - 3. Kokonotsu ($2.80) - Eagle Farm, Race 6
Here is another Gollan trained horse that is flying through the grades in QLD right now and deserves to be short favourite in his race. His 5 starts so far this prep have either been wins or narrow losses as he has shown some gutsy determination so far. He comes here looking to make it 3 on the trot at this distance and I expect him to do so. Will roll forward and dictate the race from his soft barrier and could gap them if they aren’t careful.
Value Bet - 8. Alcohol Free ($10 / $2.45) - Randwick, Race 7
At her current price I like Alcohol Free. Just to place she is paying more than the short favourite Think About It is to win and if that isn’t value, I don’t know what is. Considering her UK form and the hype surrounding her and the fact that she needs to run super to get a slot in The Everest, the race she was bought specifically for, Gai Waterhouse will have her prime here. She will bounce out the gates, straight to the front and look the winner for a long way and I would be shocked if she doesn’t find herself right in the thick of things come the finish.
And just like that – you've got three awesome tips. Isn’t that awesomely awesome? Yeah, we think so! We love that you love horse racing, and if you want to join other people who also think horse racing is the bees-knees, then look no further than Dabble’s Banter channel, dedicated solely to horse racing.
